Delivery of Purchased Goods

Items listed on this website are normally available ex stock for dispatch within 1 working day from the receipt of payment. This excludes items made to order where we will advise on expected delivery dates on a case-by-case basis.

Items from the same order will normally be dispatched together and we will advise you if this is not possible for any reason.

Deliveries are typically actioned via the most appropriate delivery service available and will be subject to the terms defined by the selected carrier.

Any stipulated time for delivery shall date from the receipt by the seller of the buyer’s written order.

If delivery of the goods is delayed through any act or omission of the buyer, the seller may put the goods into storage at the buyer’s risk and expense.

Notice of damaged or missing goods must be notified to us in writing within seven (7) days of receipt.

Any quoted delivery date must be treated as advisory and does not constitute a contractual obligation. As a result, we will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses consequent upon any delay of the delivery of the goods.

Delay in completion of work, delivery or in the case of a contract for delivery by instalments delay in the delivery of an instalment shall not give rise to any liability upon the seller, whether or not any time or date is given in this respect and shall not entitle the buyer to terminate the contract.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Any liability which the seller may incur for loss of or damage to the goods whilst in transit shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and in no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any indirect or consequential loss however caused.

All credit card details are entered on a secure page managed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
