Returns and Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have ​14 calendar days to notify us of your intention to return an item from the date you received it and a further 14 days to action the return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Special purchases or items manufactured to order are explicitly excluded from this policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-​refundable.

On receipt of your item in a resaleable condition, we will action your refund for the full value of the goods minus the cost of return shipping. Receipt of your refund will be subject to your card issuer's policies.
